
FARM FRESH DUCK ON THE MENU AT COMPASS
Cherry Valley, the UK’s largest duck manufacturer, has been appointed as the approved duck supplier to market leading contract caterer, Compass Group UK and Ireland.
Farm Fresh Duck, the company’s higher welfare brand of fresh duck products, will be supplied through Compass for contract catering at high profile events and venues including fine dining establishments, Michelin starred restaurants and leisure and sporting venues.
The company will supply Farm Fresh Duck Legs, Breasts and Whole Ducks from the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside, supporting Compass’ commitment to sourcing the best British produce.
Farm Fresh Duck is Cherry Valley’s higher welfare range of duck developed specifically for the catering trade, through 40 years of farming heritage. Accredited by RSPCA Freedom Foods, the birds are reared in a unique system, where they have access to purpose built verandas and constant access to daylight and fresh water leading to the best quality duck products on the market.
