PEASMARSH GETS A LESSON IN DUCK
Residents of Peasmarsh will this week have the opportunity to learn all there is to know about cooking duck, as local superstore Jempson’s, hosts Farm Fresh Duck cookery demonstrations.
Farm Fresh Duck products are sold through Jempson’s, and the Farm Fresh team will be in-store on Friday and Saturday (27th and 28th November) to show shoppers the best ways to cook duck in a live demonstration, and highlight that despite popular belief, it’s as easy as cooking chicken or beef.
There will also be hints and recommendations on everything from what to serve with the meat, and information on the various flavour profiles. Visitors to the store will be offered samples of the cooked duck to try throughout the day and those purchasing Farm Fresh Duck will automatically be entered into a raffle with the opportunity to win whole Farm Fresh ducks.
